*Cancelation Policy: Cancellations up until 10/01/23 will be refunded 100% of their monies less a $250 administrative fee, within 30-days of the cancellation. Cancellations between 10/01/23 and 02/15/24 will be refunded 100% of their monies less a $250 administrative fee if the Tournament is able to resell the Team. If a Team withdraws after 10/01/23 and the Tournament is unable to resell the Team – 100% of the deposit and entry fee monies will be retained by the Tournament.
